I just had a new furnace installed due to a defective blower motor, and the coils cleaned on my AC by Joseph Cooks and his team.Joseph is a super nice person, was patient and helpful, and very responsive and easy to work with. He did not pressure me at all, or try to upsell like some companies do. It was a pleasure working with him, and I will be calling on him in the future. I have already recommended him to neighbors.

Had my Nest thermostat installed by Joseph T. who was very helpful. He installed my thermostat, walked me through the prompts within the Nest app to get it set up and did a thorough job testing the system. Was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Very satisfied with the service I was provided today and would recommend them for anyone seeking a similar service.

Cook’s Heating & Air LLC was very accommodating! I called them on Friday evening and they were there to fix and restore on Saturday morning! On a scale of 1-10; I’ll give them a 20!

I called AHS almost 4 weeks ago about my ac unit not cooling. No one showed! I called Cooks spoke with this awesome guy Joseph on Tuesday late afternoon of this week, and my ac was serviced and working by Saturday!! Very professional, a joy to do business with! THANK YOU COOKS!

Excellent Service! Visual instruction on how to operate system. Curteous, time conscious and professional. Showed respect for my home, putting shoe covers on before entering. This is a dependable company, one that I will continue to use and refer people to!

After wasting time and money on techs to diagnose my air conditioner, it was hot, and I was at my wits in. I called another company and the tech came to check my unit and quoted me 2500.00. Later we discovered he was about to Rip me off. My husband said call Joe. We called Joe at 5pm. He also services my commercial building as well. He operates in integrity!!

Cooks provided excellent customer service, they exceeded my expectations in getting the repair done in a timely manner. Joshua made sure I understood the issue and repair plans. And the highlight.. he made sure not to dirty my white walls :)
